Colombia El Paraiso ‘Red Plum’ is a really special coffee.
This coffee processed by ‘Double Anaerobic’
After harvest coffee cherries, fermentate coffee cherries without oxygen first, to remove skin and flesh. then one more fermentate coffee without oxygen and with controlled microorganisms. After finish fermentation, dry in the bed.
With 2 anaerobic processes, this coffee has a really strong flavour.
They made a few different coffee batches. This red plum batch has a strong red plum flavour with a very clean cup.
