Costa Rica Cordillera De Fuego is a really special coffee.

This coffee processed by ‘Anaerobic’

After harvest coffee cherries, fermentate coffee cherries without oxygen, so this coffee fermented with a different types of microorganisms compare with washed processed coffee. After finish fermentation, dry in the bed.

This Cordillera De Fuego is made by inventor of anaerobic processed coffee. You can find strong cinnamon and ginger flavour with raw sugar and caramel finish.
