Santa Rosa farm recorded several times 1st places in the El Salvador Cup of Excellence coffee quality competition with Pacamara varietal.

Pacamara is very very complicated coffee for roasting. So our coffee roaster really cares when roasting this coffee. start roast with very high heat and slightly reduce heat during roasting to save flavours and properly roast inside the bean.

but handpicked coffee’s roaster won 2017 NZ Brewers Cup championship with Pacamara varietal. Also recorded nice results in the 2017 World Brewers Cup compared with other varietals of coffees.

This coffee is natural processed. but you can find a very delicate and clean cup.
