Kenya kamagogo has a lot of fruity acidity and black and blueberries flavour.
Normally we light roast this coffee, but this coffee also very nice when roast dark. You can find strong dark chocolate with fruit.
Strongly recommend for the home espresso machine use and dark plunger coffee.
For espresso, our recipe is 18g of coffee and 60g of water, 40g extract within 25 ~ 30sec.
For Plunger, 20g of coffee, 300g of 94 degree celsius water, plunging 2:30 mins.
