We are making our own bacon for the menu.

Every week our chef cures pork belly with 12 different spices with house-made orange paste. Then smoke for 3 hours with manuka chips.

To serve this bacon slices pan-fried and caramelize with few drops of house-made orange syrup.

This is unique.
